The promise
By the end of Day 0 you will have sent the invoice, not rebuilt your stack or invented a late fee. Day 3 and Day 7 are already on the calendar. You will not have auto-sent a reminder, hired a collections clerk, or promised yourself you will “never chase invoices again.” If you only have time for one thing, send the live draft. - What format do I get?

You do not get twelve importable n8n JSON files — those live in the $29 starter. You do not get me chasing your AR. You do not get a collections desk.
- Can I check out today?

- Will this auto-send reminders?
- No. A tool may draft. You still hit send. A workflow that auto-sends “work is paused until you pay” is a second incident. Human-in-the-loop means you. Not a Wait node. Not a language model with a Gmail node after it.
- Do I need n8n for this?
- No. The calendar is the product. The canvas is optional. The free unpaid-invoice n8n guide is the sequence: stop-on-paid, human gate. Make users can read n8n sentences as “scenario” and “module.” If you already own The Solopreneur Automation Starter, keep that unpaid-invoice chapter closed as a source of letters. The canvas can draft a reminder body, a sheet row, a calendar event. This book owns the words and the days.
- Is this a guarantee I’ll be paid in seven days?
- No. Clients pay on their AP calendar. You control the send, the follow-up, and whether you keep working. You do not control their cash. Paid in 7 days is a cadence you run, not a personality, and not a promise that the transfer lands on day seven.
- Refunds?
- If the file is broken, email me within 14 days and I will refund. Change-of-mind after a successful download is not automatic. I still read the mail. The full note is on refunds.
