SoloOps imprint · $39 · list $49

Zapier Professional is $29.99 a month. This rebuild is $39 once.

By Monday morning every Zap is on a sheet, the expensive ones are scored, and one job is rebuilding in n8n. Zapier stays on.

Zapier Professional is $29.99 a month billed monthly for 750 tasks (sourced 27 Aug 2026). This $39 playbook is the weekend you stop renting that meter for the jobs that cost money. Inventory Friday. Rebuild one job Saturday. Shadow Sunday. Leave Zapier on. Not a one-click import.

Not a one-click import. There isn't one. Not twelve n8n JSON files — that is the $29 starter. Not me in your account. Kill Zapier on Sunday and you spend Monday writing apology emails.

Selling price $39. Stripe checkout is live. After you pay, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. Do not pay $29 for the starter and expect this PDF.

The promise

$39 once versus $29.99 every month on Professional (750 tasks, billed monthly; sourced 27 Aug 2026 from Zapier's pricing page). Blow the allowance and you pay per extra task or the Zaps pause. Cross off the inventory by Monday. Rebuild only the jobs that actually cost money. Leave cheap, quiet Zaps alone.

What’s inside

  1. 01

    The weekend clock

Friday: inventory, do not open the n8n editor. Saturday: score, then rebuild one expensive job on fake data. Sunday: start shadow mode. Leave Zapier on.

  2. 02

    Inventory method

One row per Zap or scenario, including Off and Draft. Name, trigger, paid steps, 30-day runs, cost, criticality. Off is not gone.

  3. 03

Scoring: volume × steps × criticality

Sort. Draw the 80% line. Migrate, kill, or stay. Killing a forgotten debug Zap is a first-class outcome.

  4. 04

Stay vs n8n Cloud vs self-host

Cloud is the default until you can quote a constraint Cloud cannot meet. Self-host means your time. Staying after kills is sometimes the professional move.

  5. 05

Rebuild the job, not the Zap

Trigger, gate, work, write-back, stop. Do not photocopy a 28-step Zap. Node families and a lookup loop — not a 200-row matrix that will rot.

  6. 06

    Credentials, shadow, cutover, rollback

Re-consent OAuth. Fourteen-day dual-run to a shadow destination. Webhook URL cutover. Error path before you pause anything. Rollback on the calendar.

  7. 07

Audit worksheet + a worked example

Columns you copy into a sheet. A fictional $89 month so you can see ranking, not so you can copy someone else’s bill.

Who it’s for

  • You run the business alone, or you are the only person allowed to touch the Zapier (or Make) account.
  • You can name at least five Zaps and you suspect there are more. The bill is loud enough that you opened a book about it.
  • You can give a weekend and fourteen weekdays of ten-minute checks. You cannot give a quarter-long “transformation.”
  • You want off a task meter for the jobs that actually cost money — not another subscription to collect.

Who it isn’t

  • Anyone hunting a passive-income kit, an “AI agency in a box,” or a button that imports Zapier into n8n. There is no official one-click converter.
  • People who have never opened Zapier and just want twelve n8n workflows to stand up. That is The Solopreneur Automation Starter, $29.
  • Teams with a RevOps hire and an enterprise Zapier plan.
  • Anyone who wants me to log into their Zapier and rebuild it. This is a playbook, not an agency engagement.

FAQ

What format do I get?
A PDF playbook. An audit worksheet you copy into a spreadsheet. Methods: inventory, scoring, rebuild shape, 14-day dual-run, webhook cutover, rollback. You do not get twelve importable n8n JSON files — those live in the $29 starter. You do not get me in your account.
Can I check out today?
Yes. Stripe checkout is live. Pay $39 USD (list $49) on Stripe’s hosted page — your card never touches this site. After you pay, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. I will not send you to the $29 starter checkout and call it this product.
Is this the $29 starter?
No. Different PDF. The $29 starter is twelve n8n workflows if you already run n8n. This book is the Zapier bill weekend.
Is Zapier-to-n8n a one-click import?
No. There is no official converter. You audit which Zaps burn tasks, rebuild those jobs in n8n, dual-run until the outputs match, then cut over. Credentials are re-entered. Webhook URLs change. The sourced cost compare is n8n vs Zapier cost.
Will this cancel Zapier on Sunday night?
No. Turning Zapier off on Sunday is how you spend Monday writing apology emails. The weekend ends with a scored sheet and at least one workflow shadowing. Cutover is after fourteen clean dual-run days, a tested error path, and a rollback on the calendar.
Do I need to know how to code?
You should be willing to click through n8n, paste a webhook URL, and read an error. Code nodes exist; the book tells you not to start there and not to paste keys into them. If you have never opened n8n, start with the free guides, then come back.
Refunds?
If the file is broken, email me within 14 days and I will refund. Change-of-mind after a successful download is not automatic. I still read the mail. The full note is on refunds.
Who is behind this?
Anup Pandey. BuyEbooks.Store is the shop; SoloOps is the imprint. I run this from Nepal. Write apbusiness.identity@gmail.com. More on the about page.
