The promise

Alerts go to your mail or a Telegram chat with yourself. Not their inbox, not their Slack, not a “we’re having issues” auto-post. If the client is your monitor, you do not have an error path.

They already saw it / they might see it / they will never see it. Letters are human-send. A “sorry the invoice went twice” email is never auto-sent.

- What format do I get?

- Can I check out today?
- Yes. Stripe checkout is live. Pay $29 USD (list $39) on Stripe’s hosted page — your card never touches this site. After you pay, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. I will not send you to the $29 starter checkout and call it this product.
- Will this auto-send an apology?
- No. A tool may draft. You still hit send. A workflow that auto-sends “sorry we double-invoiced you” is a second incident. Human-in-the-loop means you. Not a Wait node. Not a language model with a Gmail node after it.
- Do I need n8n for this?
- No. The jobs rhyme; the node names do not. Make users can read n8n sentences as “scenario” and “module.” If you already own The Solopreneur Automation Starter, keep that error-path chapter closed while a job is burning. This book is what you do when that path fires, or when it did not fire and the client noticed first.
- Is this a monitoring suite?
- No. You will not get a dashboard, a status page, or 99.9%. You will get four things if you put them in place: an error that reaches you, a 15-minute contain, a rule for when to tell the client, and a stop so retries cannot double-send.
