The Quote You Can Send on Monday

A floor rate, a one-page quote, and a script for “can you do it cheaper?”

You freeze when a number has to leave the house. This $24 kit is a floor on a sheet, a one-page Google Doc, and a cheaper-please script that takes work off the page instead of money off the rate. Download the free 16-line CSV at /free. Not a contract. Not tax advice. You still hit send.

You already get inquiries; you freeze when a number has to leave the house. This is a floor rate on a sheet, a one-page Google Doc, and a cheaper-please script that takes work off the page instead of money off the rate.

Selling price $24. Stripe checkout is live. After you pay, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. Do not pay $29 for the starter and expect this PDF.

The promise

By Friday you will have a floor on a sheet, a one-page Doc with brackets, and a cheaper-please script that takes work off the page instead of money off the rate. You will not have a new personality, a contract, or a speech to old clients. If you only have time for one thing, open the inquiry that is live and send a page. A number invented in WhatsApp is how two unpaid weeks get scheduled.

What’s inside

  1. 01

    How to use

Run it on the next inquiry that needs a number, not on a museum of old chats. By Friday: a floor, a one-page Doc, and a cheaper-please script. I wrote this from a one-person shop in Nepal. You still hit send.

  2. 02

    The leak

Underquoting is an ops failure, not a mindset problem. No floor, a number invented in the reply box, “I can be flexible,” a project that eats two unpaid weeks. Point at the missing object, not at your character.

  3. 03

    Floor rate from take-home

One Google Sheet named quote-floor-2026. Take-home target, one tax/buffer line, weeks you actually bill, hours you actually sell. Round up, never down. Example math is round figures, not my bank. Not tax advice.

  4. 04

    Hourly vs project vs two-tier

Hourly when you cannot name the deliverable. Project when you can. Two-tier is a smaller defined package versus the full one — not a fake good/better/best. Pick one default this week.

  5. 05

The Monday quote (one Google Doc)

Scope first, price after. Seven blocks: who it is for, what you will do, what you will not do, timeline, the number, how to say yes, an expiry date. Never “I can be flexible.” Read the number out loud. This page is not a contract.

  6. 06

Cheaper-please (scope down, don’t cut the rate)

Three moves: remove a deliverable, stretch the timeline, they do a piece. A no is allowed. The rate on the sheet does not move because someone asked. Chat is not where the number lives.

  7. 07

Raise the next number (not a speech to old clients)

Old quotes stay. You do not email a manifesto. Duplicate the sheet, freeze a new decided_on, send the next new inquiry a normal Doc. Someone already in a job is on the number you both already have.

  8. 08

    Two worked quotes

Constructed shapes — one rebuild-plus-form, one rewrite with a real smaller package. Doc contents and a cheaper-please reply. Not a client named X paid me Y. No fake revenue outcomes.

  9. 09

    90-minute install

Sheet, Doc template, six scripts in a folder, calendar block for the next inquiry. Done means you can send a quote on Monday without opening this PDF. No n8n JSON. No prompt pack.

Who it’s for

  • You already get inquiries. A form, a mail, a referral. You freeze when a number has to leave the house.
  • You run a one-person service shop, or you are the only person allowed to send a quote. I wrote this from Nepal, same shape of desk.
  • You can give ninety minutes to a sheet, a Doc template, and a scripts folder. You cannot give a pricing seminar.
  • You will still hit send. The number is not a personality.

Who it isn’t

  • Anyone hunting a contract, a SOW pack, retainers, marketplace bidding, or tax advice. This is a quote kit. It is not a working agreement.
  • Anyone who wants Get Paid in 7 Days. That book is invoices after the work ships. This book ends when the quote is sent and cheaper-please is handled.
  • Anyone who wants The Client OS. A yes hands off. Kickoff is a different week and a different PDF.
  • Anyone who wants me to quote their clients, or a canvas that auto-sends prices. There is no JSON in this product. You hit send.

FAQ

What format do I get?
A PDF playbook. A floor worksheet (sixteen lines; the free CSV is at /free). A one-page Google Doc skeleton. Six pasteable scripts, A–F. Two constructed quotes. A 90-minute install. You do not get a contract, a tax filing, twelve n8n JSON files, or me sitting in the cheaper-please thread.
Can I check out today?
Yes. Stripe checkout is live. Pay $24 USD on Stripe’s hosted page — your card never touches this site. After you pay, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. I will not send you to the $29 starter checkout and call it this product.
Is this a contract? Tax advice?
No. The quote Doc is a page that says what you will do, for how much, until when. A yes on that page is permission to send a working agreement — that agreement lives in The Client OS. The tax/buffer line on the sheet is one percent you type. It is not a filing, not Nepal tax counsel, not yours either.
Is this Get Paid in 7 Days or The Client OS?
No. This book ends at the send and the cheaper-please conversation. After a yes, The Client OS is kickoff. After the work ships, Get Paid in 7 Days is the invoice cadence. Close this PDF at the yes.
Will this auto-send quotes?
No. A tool may draft. You still hit send. A workflow that auto-sends a number is how a reply-box leak gets a nicer font. Human-in-the-loop means you. Not a Wait node. Not a language model with a Gmail node after it.
Refunds?
If the file is broken, email me within 14 days and I will refund. Change-of-mind after a successful download is not automatic. I still read the mail. The full note is on refunds.
Who is behind this?
Anup Pandey. BuyEbooks.Store is the shop; SoloOps is the imprint. I run this from Nepal. Write apbusiness.identity@gmail.com. More on the about page.

$24.

Stripe checkout is live. Pay $24 on Stripe’s hosted page — your card never touches this site. After it clears, I email the PDF to the checkout address, usually within about an hour. The Client OS is for after they sign. Get Paid is for after the work ships. The $29 starter is a different PDF if you already run n8n and need twelve workflows this week.
